Around the Church

Sanctuary

Sanctuary

We worship at 10 am on Sundays in our Sanctuary. Our worship service includes traditional hymns, a contemporary worship song or two, and a scripture lesson and sermon. We have open table communion on the first Sunday of the month.

Children's Table

Children's Table

We have a children's table set up in the sanctuary for kids to do activities and color before the children's message. After the children's message, children are invited to attend our children's program in another room for the remainder of the service.

Fellowship Hall

Fellowship Hall

Our Fellowship Hall is where events, such as potlucks, social events, exercise classes, and more, are held.

Common Questions

Come as you are! You'll see everything from jeans with button-down shirts to suits on a Sunday morning. Some may call it sophisticated casual.

We understand that there are different beliefs at different churches. We are a United Methodist Church and what we believe can be found here.

We're so glad you asked! We believe that our communion table is not ours, but Christ's. Jesus invites to the table all who love him, who earnestly repent of their sin, and seek to live in peace with one another.

We take communion by dipping our piece of bread into the cup of grape juice. We also offer sealed elements for those who wish. If you plan on joining us for communion but have an allergy, please contact us through the form on the website and we will make sure we are prepared for you.

You can find out more about the UMC's beliefs about communion here.

We offer safe, age-appropriate environments for children from preschool through elementary school at every service.

Our leaders are certified through Safe Gatherings, which includes a background check and an in-depth safety course.

Services typically last about 45-60 minutes, including worship and the message. On the first Sunday of the month, we offer communion at the end of the service, which typically causes the service to run around an hour.

Guest parking is available under the oak trees and accessible parking is along the side of the Fellowship Hall by the sidewalk ramp and bushes. Feel free to park anywhere there's a spot: on the street, in guest parking, or any other spot in the parking lot.
